What is your return policy for opened products?

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact our support team.

Do you test your beauty products on animals?

Never. Oway is strictly cruelty-free and we do not conduct or commission animal testing on any of our ingredients or finished formulas.
